And most of the diets DO NOT set you up with any long-term skills for sustaining your results. You see, willpower is finite. Eventually, it will deplete. And when it does, you will fall back into your old habits and eat the foods you were restricting with a vengeance.


Most diest also cause you to overhaul your entire life at the onset. You will probably fail before you even begin because you try to tackle too many things at once. You could be asked to:

  • Cut out sugar.

  • Increase protein intake.

  • Drink more water. 

  • Eat more fiber.

  • Eat more veggies.

  • Cut out gluten.

  • Try some intermittent fasting.

Yikes. Any ONE of those would be challenging to work on by itself. All of those at once has a 0% chance of working.

The key is breaking things down to manageable tasks, repeating them and being held accountable for what you do and do not do.

The program is set up with habits that will be practiced for 1-2 weeks at a time.

Daily lessons will be utilized to help reinforce each habit.

Habits are stacked over time so you end up making significant changes even though you won’t feel like you changed much at all.

The good news, and the key to having this produce amazing results, is the fact that you are only working on one habit at a time. After a couple of weeks with a habit, you start to work on a new one. The older one runs in the background as the habits build off of one another.

Since you are focusing on changing habits and not just taking away certain foods, you will be able to apply your habits where ever you might be.

Family dinner with easily-offended family members if you don’t eat their food - ✅

Good luck following your strict diet or meal plan at any of the above situations. That is one of the reasons meal plans do not work, even though everyone thinks they are the key to success. They are unrealistic and do not teach you HOW to eat better.

One of the things you may have noticed is I have not mentioned taking away carbs or loading up on protein or anything like that.

No hardcore restrictive phases to cleanse your body in preparation for the impending prolonged restrictive phase. Nope. None of it. 

By focusing on changing your habits and behaviors you will naturally start to consume a little less, even if you are having nachos, cookies and other foods that would often be viewed as taboo.

Now, you still want to work on making better nutrition choices and that comes with practice and time. Along the way, you can learn how to eat better and make small changes to what you are already doing.

Each evening, there is a check in that asks if you did your habit for the day. All of this information is clicked via the app and I am able to see what you are doing and what you missed. This allows me to be right there with you for the journey.
