At EBM, I am able to blend my background in rehab with my background in fitness to produce a unique experience that gets people out of pain, stronger, moving better and back to doing things they had to stop doing.

You have not had a training experience like this, I can promise you that.

I love heavy metal music, drink way too much coffee and have been a life-long NY Giants fan.

My credentials include:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

  • Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Certified Nutrition Coach (Pn1)

I have 3 kids (EBM is named after them) and I run every part of EBM Fitness Solutions. I know what busy looks and feels like, so your programs are designed to maximize your time training.

I am also in my 40’s so I appreciate how to balance hitting the training hard while blending in different recovery components. Your training should make you feel better and stronger not more beat up than when you started.

My philosophy is built around teaching people how to move better and working to correct problems, not chase symptoms.

Most pain that “comes out of nowhere” has a movement component to it. If we find, and fix it, the pain and associated symptoms will be fixed as well.
