The Odyssey Program

The Odyssey Program is a 12-week program that is designed for beginners or someone that has not exercised in a long time.

The workouts are shorter and progressions are more gradual. The goal is to get you stronger and moving better while helping you stay consistent with your training.

Mobility and flexibility movements are included in each workout and there is an optional workout that consists of additional stretches and soft tissue work.

This program is real-world tested and something that will be easy to stick with. It is meant to fit into your busy schedule, not consume it.

At the end of the 12 weeks, you will feel stronger, move better and be able to progress into more challenging programs, if that aligns with your goals.

Equipment required: bands, some weights, a foam roller and a ball.
