Sometimes, getting to the gym just isn’t going to happen. Maybe there is an impromptu work function, some family-related outing or maybe a global pandemic literally shuts everything down.
No matter what the reason, being able to get good workouts in at home is an ace you want to have up your sleeve.
Sadly, you probably do not have any sort of plan for home. Maybe you don’t have much equipment or you do not know what exercises to do.

Now, before I get to the goods, I do highly recommend you grab yourself some bands. Bands are a must-have for anyone who exercises regularly.
They are great for home, can be taken to your gym, do not cost a lot of money and can easily be taken with you on the road whether you travel for work or pleasure.
A simple internet or Amazon search for “strength bands” or “resistance bands” will give you a bunch to pick from.
Colors will vary from company to company. The bands are usually categorized based on their size or tension.
